It's not a company, but rather a consultancy. The managers lack proper subject knowledge and exhibit zero communication skills. They deceive clients and lack ethical standards. If you join this consultancy, you might lose proficiency in English and adopt a different cultural identity. Additionally, they hire employees under false promises, bench them after four months, and then resort to threatening tactics. They also compel employees to claim work they haven't done, train them on fake projects, and assign them to clients.

Management expect you to be like monkeys to achieve their impossible deadlines. Every deadline, if met, is not met properly they just rush the work and quality becomes poor. Treat employees as disposable objects, giving us longer contracts to just cut it short when they are fully aware that they were going to have to do that. Then they call you a month later asking you to come back. No real progression for promotions, they always find an excuse not to assess your monthly productivity for payment increases. The system used is not really useful in finding other work in GIS
