Pros

It's OK for gaining first local Australian experience. Once you are done learning some scopes, Just Run!!! Find Another Job!!!

Cons

- Salary is unbelievably low (Illegally low as per Fairwork Australia) - Cyient Australia Exists to get Contract from Australian companies and then send them to India, even the Jobs that has been declared as high demand by Australian Government. Example: In just 2 months they hired 200 people in India for just One job function. Now just imagine how many jobs are going overseas altogether. At the same time Australian government is bringing people from overseas to accommodate skill shortages. For companies like Cyient people are losing jobs in Australia. - Cyient only hires a small number of people in Australia to show records on paper, and underpays these local employees, and also treats everyone like garbage. - They hire inexperienced, uneducated managers (Some of them are related to the Key Account Manager) to oversee highly skilled employees. These so called managers don't know any organizational behavior. a 4 year old kid has more manners than these managers. - There is no Proper HR Policy - Cyient Management is Fraud ! On Paper (Including Payslips, Email Signatures, Job Descriptions, Job Advertisements) they advertise many jobs as "Data Entry Operator". The fact is that all these jobs require highly skilled individuals from IT , Telecommunications , and Business Background. These jobs are so complex that it often requires 2-3 months of training. Salary of such jobs should range between (55-65K Per Year), but Cyient advertises them as "Data Entry" and pays no more than 40K. This is Just FRAUD! Government (Fairwork) should look into this. - There is no Bonus, No Increment - There is no performance appraisal process. Whoever helps the managers get their job done wins employee of the month award (which is also laughable AU$50). - There is no development - Employees need to look after themselves, Managers don't provide any ongoing support or training. Actually managers are not capable of any training as they don't know anything at all. In fact, managers don't know how to write an email, use Microsoft Office Applications. - When asking for leave managers start abusing employees and often ask personal questions. - Government really should start looking into this company, and do real investigations instead of checking their false, fake, misleading documents.

Pros

Freshers will gain good technical knowledge because they will be treated like a donkey . Zero rating for this company in all aspects.

Cons

3 years bond of 1 lakh for freshers with very little hike. If in a team you are good at work all the major work has to be done by you only.People who dont work will continue to be so.No one will bother. Over - utilization of freshers with zero hike for 2 years.Hike is given in second year only. Too much politics by team lead and manager Manager and leads will ask to extend working hours even for ladies with no responsibility for booking cab . Working on weekends though not much work for billing purpose No knowledge sharing The team leads do not take any responsibility since they have zero technical knowledge.Expect everything to be done by us.No help for resolving issue. The manager neither acknowledges the hard work neither gives good increment further recognizing the efforts spent by employee. If you dont have any offer in hand and ready to sacrifice 3 years neglecting your family you can join this company. Please try to join other companies immediately after 2 years by breaking the bond . Paying 1 lakh and jumping to a good company is better than getting 5% hike in 3 years. No work life balance. Freshers will suffer but with people above 5 years will not have major problems. All Leads have 0 technical knowledge. Employees who are close to team leads only will get good hike. Highly not recommended for female employees.

Pros

I had been worked at Cyient full-time (More than 3 years) Pros 1. Join here if and only if you are not getting job anywhere. 2. Higher job security. If you ever have/had a fight with your manager, you will never ever get fired (FOR SURE)

Cons

1. On the name of policies they will cut your salaries in best possible way. 2. HR peoples are very rude and arrogant and HR's are least bothered about the resources. 3. Mentality and Level of managers (APM, PM, AGM, GM) is very low.Funny thing is company will third party survey about management and company and the managers will come and request to give good feedback. If manager gets less rating in that survey he starts playing with resource. 4. Internal politics is very high in this company.
