      Pros

      Best Reason- If you really wanna sue this people as i did during my time, then please join. Don't do much work here, you will get nothing except extra burden. Please Take only Unplanned leave. My leaves used be in Minus :)

      Cons

      Everything is Pathetic, Specially Mangers and Team Leads. Hard to see these illiterate in management team. Some of managers doesn't even have technical degree or even equivalent. Environment is super cheap, Even for washroom you have ask.

      Pros

      Good work environment. more onsite opportunities (maximum support type of work only). transport is good. Less work pressure compared to other organizations -

      Cons

      You never get a chance to learn good technologies. If you join as a fresher you need to sign on 3 years bond, you will get hike after 2 years that to maximum of 8 - 10%. Worst project managers, They don't have any technical knowledge. Waste HR people & policies, They don't have any actions except approve & reject. Every thing is in your PM. Low Salary & less hikes. You need to maintain 9:30 hours attendance daily.
