Business Outlook
Pros
Good atmosphere, nice people, very competent colleagues, good work life balance, Good Managers too! I have got good support from the people around here. Most importantly, no one tries to micro manage my time. There is good direction and support and they are very respectful of your personal space.
Cons
They need to develop their brand name and corporate image more in USA and bring in more brand recognition. It would be good to have more interaction from the Corporate team in CT.
