      Pros

      p1. An individual is treated with very high respect. p2. The atmosphere is more like family. People can communicate freely and openly. p3. An organization with a Strength Focus; ignoring the weaknesses of an associate (who does not have a weakness?)

      Cons

      c1. Long-term roadmap of organization growth is not visible. c2. Organization does not invest into improving the skillsets of associates. If you are good, you continue to be just that. When will you become great? c3. Has no loyalty-related benefits.

      Infotech being a leader in providing engineering and GIS solutions, its really good to work with such a renowed firm. the clientele included the fortune companies. the work culture is quite comfortable for any employee.the policies and benefits are satisfactory.

      Cons

      The IT department should have a competent sales and marketing team for identifying new clients base.
