Cons
1) Work/Life Balance: Work/Life Balance is a joke here. They don't value our personal time. They expect the employee should always be available to work for 24/7. They expect to work till midnight and again start early in next day, even work on weekends without giving any compansation. 2) Management: Haha, Management is bigger joke here than work/life balance. The peoples at the management level with having such a vaste experience don't even know the M of Management. You can see this in everywhere like while working, gathering requirements, and even in the appraisal. They don't know how to plan a work and hire people accordingly. 3) Appraisal: They given the appraisal based on the how much you don't care about the work/life balance. Doesn't matter how good you are in your work, how hard you work in your office time, if you are not able to work or respond 24/7 they don't give the good appraisal here. They only give the good appraisal to those who are available to work 24/7. They don't know how to assess the performance based on your work. 4) All these points for for IT field. Please join this company only if you don't have any personal life, if you are ready to work for 27/7, ready to work for whole night, ready to work without any compensation. Honestly this is the worst IT company I have seen in my career.
