Pros
1. It's the best place to work for women. It's environment is women friendly and there is a lot of respect and security for women to work in Cyient. 2. With the world moving towards Digital transformation, Cyient has set its focus too on Digital transformation and this gives the associates a chance to work on new technologies and to keep up to the pace of the emerging technologies. 3. The transportation that is offered is best according to my knowledge and it is lot cheaper compared to any other organization. Its a nominal Rs.600 P.M fare from the different offices of Cyient to all the major destinations in the city. Kudos to the management for maintaining the same fare from many years and still continuing to do so.
Cons
The work timings are 8.5 hours per day. But these are flexible and the associates can accommodate these timings if they plan better.
