Nothing to learn especially for IT people. only for mechanical engineers it is ok.

Cons

Everything.Worst behaviour of management. Partiality. I suggest people never work for longer years then you can never come out from there. it is like trap for your carrier. Salary?? never think about that just work like a slave otherwise go out if you don't like.
