Pros

0 pros as you may get one or two they will be sooner faded away One thing to mention u will get more exposure to work so that to learn but ur enthusiasm will get lost as they don't treat you well

Cons

1.Don't expect hikes to be great...Not at least a 10% 2.Dont join in months after April as Fresher's as u will get hike only after 2 years(in my case I joined on April 1but I have to wait to till 2 years to get hike of 10%) and don't think it is because of my bad performance as I got good reviews from client 3.There is no recognition for employees who work hard ,managers don't know how to appreciate the employees 4.Politics - if u r not good at playing politics,then you are going to suffer slot 5.Timing is 9.30 hrs which you may think OK but practically it is very bad 6.HR - The hr people are the worst in the industry here ,they treat you like you are not humans or they say they gave u life . Their attitude is very bad. 7.For software guys if you think it is a software company then it is not a software company just a data entry company Final verdict: please don't join in Cyient

Pros

- Salary paid on time. Last working day of each month.

Cons

- If you join as fresher they will pay you far below industry standard salary. They will put you in service agreement of 3 years(2 lakh to be paid if bond is breaced). No hike in first year because they will say you have not completed 11 month before march(of your first year in company). In second year they will not hike much(10% max if you are excellent performer). Even after working for 3 years, your salary will not become as much as starting salary paid to fresher in other companies. - Its not purely an IT company. So no good software projects. - No work life balance. - They will say six month training but will not give you any training. Instead in name of training, for six month they will pay you stipend. After six month you will get your main salary mentioned in offer letter(only if they think you performed well otherwise extend the training).

Pros

Higher management at the CEO level is so good but they are not taking care of management down the line for every unit.

Cons

Cyient is literally Manager driven company and all managers settle down in that Company as they don't find any growth as well. Few managers I have seen and worked under them but that kind of managers I never seen in my 10 years of Industry at all. My Personal experience with that bloody manager (dont want to share the name) is he / she fired a candidate due to a silly reason the reason is candidate's attitude is not sync with manager. Also manager used to treat all my friends as a school LKG kids. I suggest all not to join that company even though company profile is very nice, Manager is not correct person. Also he / she used to tease whoever is not liked by that stupid manager. Don't have more words to shout at that bloody manager still if i go beyond to that level its not good for me also.
