      Pros

      This is a very well funded startup by top-tier investors. The company innovates in the highly competitive and fast-paced Android ecosystem. Like any good start up, the company adjusts to market dynamics and product needs. The Cyanogen team understands this ecosystem very well and develops products that the market really needs.

      Cons

      Need additional engineering and product talent to augment the strong team in place.

      Pros

      New leadership and an exciting new direction. I have been at Cyanogen for some time and although Cyanogen there have been a lot of ups and downs, leadership and product changes, I am happy to say I believe we are on a positive trajectory and I’m glad to be part of the roadmap to a bright future. We have supportive leaders and HR in Seattle and they are working hard to create a new culture and team spirit.

      We have had a lot of change over the last three years, but truly that is common in any startup.
