      Amazing Employees | Awful Execs

      Pros

      Oddly, the execs behave like spoiled children and the VCs that fund this startup are the parents who allow them to misbehave. There is a lot of ego in the airspace for no reason. The employees seem to burn and turn quickly like a little too quickly for a new startup. Overall it's a funhouse of incompetence. So why am I writing the negatives in the Pros comment box? Because my mom told me not to saying anything if I had nothing nice to say. I have nothing nice to say so I am writing in the Pros section so it appears I am saying something good but I'm really not.

      Unicorn Startup for sure!

      Pros

      It is what a start-up is: scrappy and casual. I think it's the most exciting company there is at this unicorn level. The people in the Palo Alto office are pretty low keyed and know when to have fun. You know there is camaraderie within different teams.

      Cons

      Parking, I guess anywhere it is a problem. The growth path is not clear for certain team members.
