      Pros

      Great Environment to work in, really nice coworkers. Really cool office building too.

      Cons

      Not sure of any blaring cons, I guess there’s not as much travel opportunities if you’re not on the Retail team.

      Cyntergy has a great culture for employees. The environment is relaxed, there is a fun and short company meeting each week, monthly happy hours, and community involvement. Also, the leadership is approachable.

      Cons

      At times, can be slow to make changes, and health care for families is pricey.
