      Pros

      A great group of people to work with that will take time to train you. Good benefits and a great location downtown.

      Didn't get a vary wide variety of projects to work on

      Pros

      Staff is friendly and works hard. Half of the revenue is generated by one repeat client. Engineering staff is great!

      Cons

      Not managed well. Architecture department is focused on one retail client, Architecture dept struggles breaking into more diverse work.
