      Pros

      Pay and benefits are decent compared to other local options. That’s about it.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch and doesn’t care about employees. Work culture is toxic — constant pressure, no appreciation, and zero respect for work-life balance. Even the pay that used to make it tolerable isn’t enough anymore.

      Poor upper management who does not care about the well beings of their employees resulting employees on the team to quit. Broken promises and does not go to bat to help colleagues be promoted.
