      Pros

      The money to be made at Cytiva is quite high. They pay well for the job tasked.

      Cons

      -Terrible Management -Huge Management Turnover. 7 managers in 7 years. -Hidden Agendas. They keep everything hush hush until the final moment. -HR Punishment. The HR department in Cytiva is relentless the punishment is all too common. -There is a massive gap between hourly employees and salary. Salary are treated with much higher respect and have much more lenient rules. -They do not pay for experience. They are paying for you to do your job. That's it.

      Pros

      Facilities are good and your coworkers are generally easy to work with and cooperative. Has the potential to be a good place to work.

      Cons

      The Westborough leadership team is toxic and a sign of the high turnover I experienced in my time at this company. Very much a clique and never seemed open to differing opinions on matters that didn't reflect their own without some fear of retaliation.
