Pros

It's really stressful. Mandatory overtime. If you miss a day of overtime they take it out of your earned time off. Someone is getting paid to leave good reviews here. Do not be deceived.

Cons

They have no foundation for any control in any area at all. If there's ever a recall on a product there is a 100% chance that it's on every single product because they dont have control of their inventory controlled by lot numbers and expiry dates. The warehouse is jam packed with pallets and various items that get lost or not sent up every single day. Management has no control. Manufacturing lines are down every single day. I have never worked with more stressed out and miserable people on a daily basis both inside the cleanroom and out on the warehouse floor. If you get job offers here, just run away. Listen to the people who are telling you the truth. Most of the good reviews are from "marlborough." Westboro is a NIGHTMARE.

Pros

Company recently sold by GE to Danaher so hopefully culture will change.

Cons

- Poor leadership - "Check box" attitude to everything (great presentations, no follow through) - Fake/checkbox attitude towards diversity - No progression for employees

Pros

Company used to be “GE Life Science” but now owned under Danaher. This change has been good across many departments. Management is very flexible and supportive. Work from home has been flexible as well and they are open to allowing people commute a few times a week.

Cons

Not that many company perks Average benefits No annual bonus Still need to fix/ update alot of processes from GEs
