      Pros

      I get to work around some amazing people. I get to be part of the world that helps a patient live. The pay is competitive Do your job and do it well and you won't be micromanaged

      Cons

      Wish they would do some kind of yearly bonus to keep people on. Lots of people leaving because the grass is always greener and then some come back but not always. They advertise advancement opportunities but they do not help you advance, in some instances they hold you back because you do your job to well.

      Cons

      Awful managers that are an old boys Xcellerex club, stuck in their old ways. Little to no dynamism and product management tends to be more reactive than proactive, also oriented to micromanagement. Lower than pharma market rate and salary increments. Biomanufacturing Associates are treated like warehouse workers.
