Pros

Leadership makes sure every level of the organization knows what's going on with the business. Benefits are fantastic, generous amount of PTO available day 1 and paid parental leave after a year being notable. From my first day, managers were talking with me about my career goals and how I could get there within the company, I've never felt as valued as I do by Cytiva.

Cons

Sometimes workloads are high, and cutting through red tape to get help can take some time.

DBS is only for the workers not for the management, they claim to be servant management based, this is a lie do not believe it. very disorganized people at the bottom of the chain are expected to fix all the dysfunctionality of the company and are punished if they do not
