Pros

Good products and people. Good benefits.

Cons

Turnover is killing marketing strategy. Danaher (parent company) is invasive and cultish.

Pros

Strong portfolio Global network Trusted brands

Cons

Severe lack of diversity in leadership (explained during several all-hands calls as “diversity in experience” rather than actual diverse individuals) Lip service to diversity and inclusion programs - the D&I team is part-time and composed of current employees (IT, Sales, Marketing, etc…) with no experience in D&I Ambiguity in pay, banding, and incentive compensation practices Unclear path to promotion - taking on stretch assignments and additional work is merely more work Poor career development program The addition of Danaher practices (kaizen, psp, p4g, d4g) increases the strain of keeping up with daily activities
