Pros
People are very organized and there are a lot of learning opportunities. The role offered a lot of mobility.
Cons
Top-down culture meant that many good employees left due to poor management. Corporate does not seem to address the issue with managers who have high turn over on their teams. For example, one position had been filled, the person went on mental health leave, then quit. Two others did the same after them, both in the same role under the same manager. The manager is still working there. Nothing was done to mitigate the issues that led to the departure of their team members. It's unfortunate because all of them were very good at their jobs. I saw a lot of this across multiple workstreams during my time there, and haven't heard great things from my colleagues since.
