Service leadership focuses too much on sales actions and quotations even though we have a dedicated sales team. The Company Culture, fear of retaliation, don't feel safe. Toxic company culture

Cons

Pointless RTO mandates. Senior leadership is not trusted and is not truthful. A month ago it was communicated that RTO decisions would be made based on job title and work performed. Now they've decided nearly everyone goes back to a site even if they don't perform any work at or for that site and even if their entire team is nowhere near the site. So the expectation is to drive over an hour to sit on a site and make the same calls we do from home, while also being expected to travel at a moments notice to other sites. Makes no sense, no one is engaged in their work or even cares anymore.
