Other employees are always willing to help you. The atmosphere is very congenial and team oriented.

Cons

The organization is still anything but organized after the merger with Pall. No one knows who does what, orders take weeks to get entered and customers are noticing. Maybe by end of 2024 things will be better.

safety is a glaring issue which is not addressed, favoritism at play, doesn't value employee qualifications/growth, insecure management - leads to toxic work culture, low pay, huge difference in pay for same title for different employees, no support, no guidance, no diversity, doesn't care about employee's well being, not at the forefront of innovation, wants to cling to old technology as much as possible, not open to changing the process or new ideas, high level executives not sure how to fix a broken process, high turnover with no replacements, strict on onsite/hybrid/remote - no flexibility
