      Good Benefits, fight to get fair salary

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO never a fight to get time off and I take 5+ weeks off a year, great healthcare options, remote work.

      Cons

      Getting raises and fair merit increases is tough. They like to hire external and pay the new guys more than current employees without an adjustment. Promotions are hard to come by. Corporate heavily evades questions about retention, cost of living, etc.

      - Not everything is bad and you can find very good opportunities here - Advise to check with potential team members on work life balance, management style and team environment

      Cons

      - No opportunities for growth - External candidates always preferred vs internal - Annual salary increase is miserable - Overperformance is not valued - Culture where manager will take credit for your work

      Good pay and benefits, and decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Leadership is filled with a bunch of yes men riding the good fortunes of the company. Independent thought is not encouraged. What ever his highness Mr. Ligner says goes and if you are French it is is your ticket to advance. Broken culture. Avoid at all costs.
