None... GK is a better bet.

Cons

Internal company reviews and surveys continue to show Durr as one of the worst workplaces, they don't mentor young employees. Their business model is to overlook qualified employees for promotions infavor of outside hires who have no experience, and are uncompetitive in the automotive paint industry. Sales are inept, look at their plummetting stock price. That should tell you everything.
