Pros

Great chance to travel and work. You can mess yo and learn from that. There is a local saying in mexico. You work in the correct company...in the wrong country.

Cons

In mexico Durr is like a family business, positions are past from father to son no matter if there is someone else more qualified. All the system is corrupt, up to the top. you will get frustrated if you are not of that kind of people.

Demanding job. Requires a lot of travel at times and many long days. Not the best insurance program. Stressful at times.
