      The benefits are great. That is literally the only pro unless you are extremely lazy, in which case the union will keep you employed.

      Cons

      Office personnel think they are superior, even though they are absolutely clueless about manufacturing. No pay for performance (union). Only bootlickers and brown-nosers will succeed.
