Loves to promote within, loves to add personal responsibility to the job title, gives lots a leeway.

Cons

Has a huge culture of nepotism with in the family name, pushes for sales when not obtainable, speaks down to employees and says they are consistently replaceable at every weekly sales meeting. Loves to push employees to fight among themselves to be sharks. Always say that one must work days off to be able to be better. Expects all time of life given to company. Wants blind trust without earning it.

Pros

Decent pay compared to competitors; that's not to say the pay is fair to everyone, or fair compared to their extreme pay for upper management. Like any company, there are some genuinely good people to be found within the company.

Cons

The company culture (we're a family messaging) is a facade meant to cover up a culture of hierarchy and exploitation. Upper management and middle management are filled with sociopathic narcissists who spend their time making other people's lives worse. Do not expect honesty from anyone here and do not be naive. Don't expect their definition of work life balance to be the same as yours.

A Great Entry Level Job

This is truly a blessing of a job. I was looking for an entry level position to begin dipping my toes in the homebuilding industry and this has proven to be a great one! I've received sales experience (and training) and additional construction and marketing knowledge. I love it here!

Cons

My hours are 10am to 7pm, which is understandably difficult for those with familial responsibilities and young children.
