Pros

There is no pro unless you live under a bridge. The best thing that comes out of this company is the realization of how good you had it.

Cons

This is the absolute literal definition of a horrible employer. in my short term of less than one year I saw 15 people fired or quit. The environment is toxic you my as well drink liquid uranium. Management from the top down is complete anarchy. Get ready to ask for permission to go home. Like weekends? Dont plan on them here. Ask any employee in the datacenter how pong they have been there as the average is 6 months. They will expect you to value the company over your own family. The benefits are atrocious. You are better off with Obamacare for insurance. They always fire on Fridays. DO NOT CONSIDER A JOB IN THE FORT WORTH DATACENTER!

Pros

This is a heavy Microsoft shop, and they stay on the cusp of Microsoft's software ecosystem. If you can survive the overbearing management, it can provide a great opportunity to grow professionally if you enjoy working with Microsoft products. Salary can be competitive for the Dallas area market.

Cons

Management. This may seem like a cliche that you've read in review after review, but in my nearly 20 years in professional IT, this is the worst management I have ever seen. The management's treatment of employees is repulsive. If you've never worked for a megalomaniac you'll have the opportunity to do so here. You'll feel like you are slipping into that job you worked in High School. Turnaround is obscene. If a system administrator has been there for over a year, he is considered "senior". I personally witnessed 10 people either be fired or quit within 6 months. Constructive criticism or guidance is not provided, you will simply be walked out. It's imperative that you have a backup plan if you are a major financial provider in your household! Don't let the recruiter sell you on the position. DFW has a very competitive IT market, and I strongly advise you look elsewhere.

Pros

Team work! Upper Management listens to everyone. No matter what position you are in you are made to feel like part of the family. I have NEVER worked with a Company that doesn't treat you like a number. Here they know your name. Will reach out and help each other. The management in ST Johns (N.FL) Are great.

Cons

I can't think of any. As a Company that builds Homes in this State. We do and are the best.
