Pros

There are no Pros that I can speak of.

Cons

Everything that are the reviews say is true I worked through a temp agency and was there for 2 years and like you said when they found it that I was not convenient they got rid of me there's lots of inappropriate behavior the CEO yells and screams and cusses at the employees and people throw chairs they do favoritism they rarely do anything in person everything is done like they said in emails and faxes it really is ridiculous place to work for I'm surprised it's still going the houses are very cheaply made there's lots of phone calls to the corporate office about things that are happening with houses that are only one or two years old. I'm giving zero stars for everything.

Pros

Benefits are competitive. The people are decent and hard working. Pay is somewhat competitive depending on your position.

Cons

There is a revolving door of inexperienced managers. The "company" uses you, burns you out, and discards you when they feel you are an unnecessary expense. Women are undervalued and mistreated. There is little support from Management. The company as a whole is dysfunctional, making simple process way more complicated than they should be.
