      Pros

      Some good people to work with. Many over worked and under compensated personnel in the office. You get a title without the money.

      Cons

      You cannot trust management. They do not care about their employees. The more you give, the more they want. Never positive feedback, they look for the one thing you did not do right, such as pick up a piece of scrap paper in the parking lot. Do not get all the money or they will raise your prices until you are starving. Management believes they can dictate the market and wants fierce competition and back stabbing among sales. Very volatile atmosphere for sales people. Make sure you clear out your backlog before you quit because they will move closings so you don't get paid.

      Pros

      Great place to learn the business a gain experience maybe for a rookie. However the employee has to learn everything as they go.

      Cons

      Very manipulating can't deliver homes on time over promise and they under deliver. Salary is a draw they almost always extend your closing to pay less commission. If you have closing in September which is their end of fiscal year more than likely they will push or hold your closing to October so your pay out will reset to 1.25% . With the exception of area PD and Vp. managers do as the please favoritism lack of professionalism they operate by installing fear in their employees No support or training No Integrity.

      Pros

      Nice office location. Sales team was pleasant to work with. Builds quality homes but follow up on 'last touch' items is long process for buyers

      Cons

      Everything else. Management doesn't care about the 'lower level' employees. All that matters is closing units. New hire process is painfully long n lacking real world info.
