Pros

This company was foreword thinking, proactive in the marketplace and created their own marketing niche. They pushed employees hard and expected results. Good pay and benefits with a solid reputation.

Cons

Management philosophy changed from backing the employees to treating them as replaceable non-entities. Loyalty vanished and accounting took over with little consideration for excellent productivity and past and current performance. New management cut 15 days vacation to 10 days and counted sick days as a “vacation” day.

Pros

Unfortunately there are no pros

Cons

Corporate IT is a Proud boys environment. This place is toxic, if your any color beside white or a female you don’t matter and your not value more than a penny raise. They suck the life out of you with there work expectations and pay you under market value. The raises they give you are a 6 cents and you only get a bonus based on how they feel about you not by your work accomplishments or ethic. They promote on sex and color of skin. They have no morals when it comes to taking care of your family matters.
