On the DR Horton Sales Team

Pros

The company provided great sales tools for their employees. They worked closely with the mortgage department to make sure the sales team understood what was going on in the market and the programs avaiable to their customers. DR Horton had motivating contests for thier sales agents, skilled and intelligent management, and clear goals to meet the business plan.

Cons

Sometimes unrealistic goals and negative reinforcement is used to motivate. Lots of pressure on sales team

Pros

The pro's would be the insurance. If you were given time off to go to the doctor. A benefit is not a benefit unless you can use that benefit.

Cons

The unnessary level of stress that is put on the Sales Specialist for no other reason than. The Sales Managers ego's that need to be turned down and a major attitude adjustment given.
