      Pros

      This company is a great place to get a feel for the home buliding industry. There are several departments to work in.

      Cons

      This company treats their employees like they are just a number. I was with them for two years and got laid off. I was given a very small compensation package and others as well. I generated millions for the company and to have them not pay back in return is disturbing.

      Pros

      Good benefits and good people although upper management can be a bit volatile.

      Cons

      Far better than the average builder but losing the entrepreneurial spirit that made it so successful. Being overrun by corporate mandates and policies instead of relying on having the right people in the right positions to make good decisions.
