Pros

Got off early for holidays or bad weather.

Cons

Very heavy in politics. Cameras are everywhere inside, outside and the parking garage at the Corporate headquarters building, bathrooms do not. Privacy is limited. There is no work from home. No competitive pay. No performance appraisal. No MBO's to adhere to and provide direction. No career development. No open-door. No employee advocacy. The employee is not an asset. Employee moral is low.

Pros

- Very supportive Customer Service VP. - Great benefits & bonuses. - The people are great. - You learn a lot about building a house. - Limited manpower! You'll most likely get offered more money by a recruiter.

Cons

- Hostile Work Environment, everyone in senior management yells and cusses at each other. - The Customer Service VP is constantly stream rolled by the other VP's because they're in it for profit and commission. - This is America's largest builder because it's the fastest. Quality has gone out the window, and Warranty cleans up the mess. - Severely unreliable trades; never show when they're scheduled, and when they do show they just point fingers at each other. - Limited Manpower! Your trades will most likely get poached by an on site recruiter. - Ancient technology serves finance side of things. Company relies heavily on FAX and Email. - Absolutely no room for growth.

Pros

I don't have any Pros, because this company is a joke.

Cons

The office is a mess. Boxes and files are every where, but where they should be. They have a large volume of files but no actual structure. They have MANDATORY overtime at end of month. Like if you don't have a life. There is no actual training on how they want you to work their files or handle their process. They lied during the interview process on what they require or expect from their employees.
