Quality has gone out the window, and Warranty cleans up the mess. - Severely unreliable trades; never show when they're scheduled, and when they do show they just point fingers at each other. - Limited Manpower! Your trades will most likely get poached by an on site recruiter. - Ancient technology serves finance side of things. Company relies heavily on FAX and Email. - Absolutely no room for growth.

The office is a mess. Boxes and files are every where, but where they should be. They have a large volume of files but no actual structure. They have MANDATORY overtime at end of month. Like if you don't have a life. There is no actual training on how they want you to work their files or handle their process. They lied during the interview process on what they require or expect from their employees.
