Cliques within departments, lot of backstabbing, worked a LOT of hours unpaid, promised a promotion, but manager chances AGAIN (4 xs in 2yrs) so never received it. Was constantly finding billing errors but was told just to approve them anyways, would follow the policy and procedures but depending on who the vendor was, those policies and procedures would not apply. Hard workers would be treated poorly while the family employees got the praise. Take off and budgets were never right, causing a negative ripple effect.
