Pros

Management is great! They want everyone to make money. They will do whatever they can to help you until you can do it 100% on your own.

Cons

No complaints, the schedule isn’t my favorite, but compared to the car business and any industry that you can make this kind of money it’s very good.

Came here with zero automotive experience. D&M holds you hand (if you need it like I did) and guides you every step of the way till you get up and running. And once your up and running here, life is good.

Cons

Don't have any glaring cons. Be prepared to go above and beyond when needed but that's any high paying job.
