I think you will find any company that emphasizes maximizing potential and staying ahead of the market is similar. With this philosophy we do have the potential to help our agents make a lot of money while working family friendly hours. I sincerely regret your fear of being fired early in your time here. We invest more in our new agents than most all companies in our industry. We committed to a three week paid training program on our proprietary, proven sales system with full-time staff as well as a proprietary, web based DMS program designed to make it easier for all agents to do their job. Statistically we have found that agents who benefit from these programs in their first 4 months on the job make better than average commissions and over the following 12 months will earn in excess of $100,000!
