      Pros

      D&M leasing is a fantastic place to work. No other place can help clients get into any make any model vehicle of their choice. If you have the drive, you can make whatever you want to make. Plus it feels great to help customers that dealers have turned away.

      Cons

      Cons are specific to you. It's 100% your responsibility for making money. So if you want to relax expect your check to be relaxed.

      Pros

      Great income potential, you can make good money if you are consistent and have strong sales experience. They have nice bonuses if you hit your targeted sales

      Cons

      Very high pressure, not for amateur sales person. Very aggressive management, must go big or go home. No excuses, some days can be very discouraging..

      Pros

      There is a decent Income potential here if you can take the constant micromanaging from your direct manager on every single phone call! It's "do or die"...bring in the sales or you're out! bye-bye!

      Cons

      You'd better have car experience or you have no chance of survival. The two-week training is fast & furious. If you have no prior experience in rhis industry a lot of the info will make no sense, and there's no time to learn it even if you study it at night before class each day. Think of it as bootcamp, because that's what it feels like! Straight commission-no base! Oh..,and when you first start and another agent helps you at all, be prepared to give them HALF of your commission! So here you are...pushing for your first sale, only to have to split 1/2 for someone showing you a little bit of paperwork-wow. Hopefully you have a savings accounts to live on for 3-6 months, because you'll need the cushion to pay your bills with this job.
