Thanks for the feedback on our Houston operation. We always use constructive criticism to help improve our company. With regard to the turnover issue our tenured agents statistically do very well. The top two thirds of over one hundred agents in the company have a tenure of 5 years or longer and are top income earners. We have a policy of always promoting our management from within so that career-minded professionals can advance as their careers progress. If upper management is not in the cards we have an early retirement program where agents can work from home and retain all of their clients, benefits and earnings. I think you will find any company that emphasizes maximizing potential and staying ahead of the market is similar.
