Thanks for your input. We appreciate hearing from our former employees about how we might improve. I wish your experience with D&M had been more lucrative for you. More than two thirds of our agents have been here more than 5 years and have established successful businesses for themselves within our company. They use our system to sustain long lasting careers and there is no turnover in this tenured group of agents. All promotion in our company comes from within. Our culture supports individual goals and invests in the future on behalf of all our employees. We maintain family friendly working hours that allow quality time with families and friends. Our leasing agents take on a great amount of personal responsibility in their jobs as you know. Every day they purchase new automobiles on behalf of their clients, they disclose important documents and manage huge financial transactions. This requires a certain amount of oversight and control but a dictatorial management style would surely rob us of the success we currently enjoy. I think it is fair to say this job, although a great opportunity for many, and perhaps the working environment here is not for everyone. Thanks again for your feedback.
