      Top Notch training for the career minded that not only teaches the "how" but more importantly the "why". Intial micro-management geared to consultant self-sufficiency in help people. This opportunity is for those who want to be surrounded by an excuse-free team that takes extreme ownership of their work product.

      From the top of the organization to the bottom everyone does their best and works their hardest to make sure you succeed. Business is conducted ethically and management truly cares about customers and employees. Very close knit, no red tape or closed doors when it comes to talking to management. The entire culture breeds success and positivity

      Great Company / Demanding Job

      Pros

      D&M is run like a family business, at any moment you can expect to have high level executives coming by your office to speak to you, to coach you, and to see how things are going. Once you start doing business with them they support you with the expectation that you put in great effort.

      Cons

      The job is very hands on, very demanding, and daunting as a new employee. There is memorization involved that takes a lot of effort and you are expected to know these on day one.
