Pros

Company has insurance. If the car market recovers, you can make 100k+ (working 6 days a week) after 1-2 years.

Cons

100% commission, no work life balance!!! Work 6 days a week (long hours). They tell you that you can make 150k+ but that is after 2 years. Cut throat car sales. You know it’s bad when people leave daily and there’s new people daily.

The D&M Leasing leadership team appreciates your feedback. While our New Hires/Lead Takers work six days a week to boost their business, our hours are much more family-friendly than the traditional dealership model of working past 8 or 9 pm. New Sales Agents can make and have made 150k+ in their first year of employment through great daily effort and a can-do attitude. Being a family-owned company, there is a great emphasis on work/life balance. D&M is considered an employer of choice as evidenced by The Dallas Morning News Top 100 Places to Work and Fort Worth Inc’s Best Companies to Work For. We believe we have industry-leading employee retention and continue to improve on this over many years. D&M is very much in growth mode and there are lots of new faces looking for a sustainable and profitable career. We are very proud of our employee retention rate and the average tenure of our Sales team is 10 years.
