This is truly a career that showcases family and work life balance. The company promotes from within based on performance and not the length of time you have been here. The hours are beyond reasonable and the staff treats you like family. There is no other company I can see myself working for.

I can honestly say their are no cons on my end. Best career move ever.

If you want the opportunity to prove yourself with an uncapped commission and work with a Management team that has your back 100%, this is your career move!

Cons

Selling vehicles over the phone, you have to keep clients out of the dealership and away from what they have done in the past...not an easy task. Follow your Managers lead and they'll show you the way.
