Friendly environment Income potential The EZ lease is a solid product Getting to work bankers hours and alternating Saturdays The money is definitely there but you have to learn how to listen to your manager. Be ready to work to build your portfolio out until you no longer need leads.

Cons

Full commission Lots of it will be on the job training High turnover Silos between functions Phone-heavy selling process Heads up you will be pitching a higher cost lease. Have a year of savings saved up before you start.
