Our new hire development program has proven successful for many team members for many years. We recognize that no company is perfect (including D&M) and we are always looking for ways to improve. D&M Sales Agents are expected to maintain high standards providing a high level of service with the added guidance, support and resources of our best in class management team. We hire talent with various years of sales experience. We maintain a high employee retention rate. The average tenure of D&M Sales Agents is 10 years which is a-typical in the automotive industry. Some agents recently have celebrated over 20 and 30 year employment anniversaries with us.
