      Pros

      Great hours. Good co-workers and great team work.

      Cons

      Not the best benefits and quite expensive. Another con is you only get 3 sick days per year, which is a bit tough.

      Pros

      Unlimited Income potential, on-going training and support from upper management. Upscale working environment, reasonable hours to encourage work/life balance. Constant encouragement from senior management, VP and President. Best pay plan in the car industry with additional monthly incentives to encourage production. It’s a career position not a job. You develop your own business within a larger network.

      Cons

      To be successful you have to be open-minded and willing to learn. This company is not for the “know it all”. It requires humility, the ability to be coached and great listening skills. You are learning from the best in the industry so the thought process is your success is their success.
