      Pros

      I am rolling up on my first month here at D&M and I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions I have made transitioning over. I worked from home for the past 2-3 years and didn't know how it would be going into an office environment. The management literally has your back and truly wants to make sure you succeed here. I highly reccomend this AMAZING Business.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say there are any downsides.

      Pros

      Income earning opportunity and nice office workspace.

      Cons

      Expensive ($800 a month ) health benefits for 1 parent and 1 child, 48+ hr workweeks, poor training/ onboarding system.

      Well there are far too many to list. However my favorites are Quality of Life, Unlimited Income Potential, and Great Leadership
