Poor leadership from the top down

- Remote work available in the support department and some others - Good employees, some great people, just misled - Employee driven reward program - Bonuses available through company performance

Cons

- Toxic culture, where promotions are based palling up to management - Massive outsourcing of jobs to other countries to save money - Leadership obsessed with saving money at all cost - Large exodus of tenured employees, both voluntarily and forced - Salaried employees forced to use PTO, despite working overtime - Date driven goals, regardless of reality - Team leads that don't understand what their team actually does

Busy work makes the day go by fast Standard benefits Mostly M-F bank hours

Cons

Leadership has no clue how to lead and is constantly looking for you to be doing something wrong. Working hard rarely pays off Low wages for high stress job Let go all Ps1 once they hired all in other countries and now they are doing the same in compliance Little opportunity for advancement

The people at DAT are all hard working individuals.

Cons

Leadership has created a culture of fear so people are afraid to suggest better ways to do things for fear of “losing” customers. Few company holidays compared to other tech companies. No DEI groups. Employees seem to be expected to work during off hours, and on PTO. Senior management will lay-off staff in order to make “numbers”.
