Pros

The company has a robust professional culture. Employees care about their work and are eager to help one another. Managers recognize hard work and the company responds to competitive job offers. This is a good company for junior- mid talent to mature.

Cons

As of Q1 2022, the company would benefit from stronger, more engaged IT leadership. Organizational friction slows project turnaround & stifles product innovation. Executive leadership is aware of these problems but these problems are deep rooted.

- at first glance, everything looks normal in that company

Cons

- cooperates in the illegal targeting of the employee in the most offensive ways ( i.e. illegal monitoring of the target's brain 24/7 every day, its broadcasting, noise campaign, following by people, street theater, hacking of the devices etc.)
