Pros

The company has a robust professional culture. Employees care about their work and are eager to help one another. Managers recognize hard work and the company responds to competitive job offers. This is a good company for junior- mid talent to mature.

Cons

As of Q1 2022, the company would benefit from stronger, more engaged IT leadership. Organizational friction slows project turnaround & stifles product innovation. Executive leadership is aware of these problems but these problems are deep rooted.

Several leadership changes recently, recent history of bad I.T. leadership.

Pros

Great benefits, job coaching, company advancement, and learning an industry many people take for granted.

Cons

Working remote seemed disorganized. As a support/call center, many agents were pulled between phones, email, and chat support. Very busy phone hub, which is not the con, but the lack of structure made it difficult to take time and do the job right. Everything felt rushed.
